Processing Time

All orders with in stock items are processed and shipped out in 1 to 2 business days.

In Store Pickup

Pickup orders placed before 12 PM (Central Time) on business days will be available for pickup same day. Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends will be available for pickup the next business day.

Shipping Carriers & Costs

All orders are shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is provided through Route Package Protection. By purchasing this insurance, you will be covered if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged. If you do not purchase Route, you are assuming FULL responsibility for your order if it is lost, stolen, or damaged.

IF YOU PURCHASE ROUTE AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE THROUGH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, RATHER THAN GOING THROUGH THE CORRECT PROCESS TO RECEIVE A REFUND THROUGH ROUTE, THEN AUDIO SOLUTIONS IS UNABLE TO REFUND YOU.

In your cart, check the box next to "Shipping Protection Route." See image below.
